The Ushering Department seeks to create a positive atmosphere for a unique worship experience by:
1. Preparing a distinctive environment for people to feel welcomed before worship.
2. Unique smile, handshake and greetings.
3. Seating and orientating guests around.
4. Giving of information.
5. Maintaining order through the service.
6. Facilitating offering and communion.
The Protocol Department is an arm of the church saddled with the responsibility of providing a hospitable and conducive environment for visiting Guest Ministers (both Local and International) with the sole aim of making them feel at home.
The Department's key roles includes:
1 Support services such as flight and hotel booking, transport services and generally providing a warm reception for our guest ministers.
2 The Department also caters for the needs of the Resident Pastor and facilitate his ministry by providing requisite support services to assist him/her deliver God's word with no inhibitions.
Prayer and Intercessory Department
Philippians 4:6-7 KJV
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
This ministry develops and organises prayer programmes within the church.
They actively encourage and promote prayer within the church by consistently leading the whole church in Intercessory prayers every Wednesday and Thursday from 21:00 to 22:00 UK time at present.
